European Freeride Festival will be officially announced during 21st edition of Skipass, the main italian trade show about tourism and winter sports. During the trade show, the audience will discover the format of the event that will take place from the 31st January to 4th February and the two races, the Freeride World Qualifier and the Ski&Snow Alp Race.Some activities that will take place during the European Freeride Festival 2015

Livigno will not leave anybody and anything aside and so will host the most important Freeride World Qualifier event in the world. Livigno Freeride World Qualifier is a top event in which the best athletes from all around the world will challenge themselves and the others. The race is a 4 star Freeride World Qualifier Event, this means that it has the highest rate possible for a qualifier event, becoming the only event with such a rating in Italy for the 2015 winter season. The European Freeride Festival’s organisation will provide a Heli Taxi, that will offer the possibility to every body to join the athletes in the parterre to watch, from the top of the mountain, the beautiful lines that the riders will design riding down the mountain.

Since the aim of the event is “Freeriding for All”, everybody can join one race. Buying the Freeride Pass, each interested person will have the possibility to join the Ski-Snow Alp Race. Two different ascents will be offered with more than 1.000 meters of climbing up. Skiers, snowboarders and tele markers, both male and female are welcome to join this challenge!

European Freeride Festival will be officially announced during Skipass with a stand in the Freestyle-Freeride Area and as a partner of the Moon Snow Cafe, a space that is completely dedicated to the snowboard and free ski world in the middle of the Pavillon B. Thursday at 1 pm, during the Snow Shop Summit, MSC will host the Brunch & Meeting for the EFF Official Shop, to talk about the event with the shops that have been selected as ambassador. Saturday at 3 pm, during the freeride day, there will be a presentation of the event and a meeting with the volunteers.
